A note from us
We didn’t plan on any of this
“We didn’t set out to build a ministry. We just kept opening the door — to missionaries who needed a bed, to churches who needed a hand, to whatever God put in front of us next. Somewhere in there, it stopped feeling like something we do and started feeling like who we are.”
Two lives, fully offered. One mission, for His glory.
Our Work

A guest room, a shared table, and a family who understands the calling of the ones who go.

Coasters, cutting boards, and keepsakes, built by hand — each piece made on purpose and offered as worship.

On-site sound, lighting, and production support for churches who need someone who’s actually done it.
For the ones who go
Stay. Support. Connect.
McCarty Mission is our home, opened to missionaries wherever they are in the journey.
Stay
A guest room, a shared table, and a quiet place to rest under the oaks.
Support
Spiritual and communal care: prayer, encouragement, and people who walk alongside you.
Connect
Time with other believers who are glad you’re here and want to hear your story.
“We are a ministry couple — hosting, caring for, and sustaining the people who go, wherever they are and however they need us.”
The tagline, unpacked
Worship
Every good gift starts here. The homes we open, the systems Brendan builds, the stories Casey tells — all of it is an offering before it’s anything else.
Rest
Missionaries carry heavy loads. Our acre in Mt. Dora, shaded by old oaks, is a quiet place to set them down — even just for a few days.
Create
Brendan builds sound systems, lighting rigs, and handmade coasters and cutting boards. Making things well, on purpose, is part of how we worship.

The guest who started it all
Gustavo Huamani was the first missionary to ever stay in our home. This September, we served alongside him in Uruguay — the story coming full circle.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
Ephesians 2:10, ESV
